Ingredients

  • 1   cup   soaked cashews
  • 1/4   cup   soaked almonds   with skins removed
  • 3   tablespoons   water
  • 2   tablespoons   lemon juice
  • 1/4   teaspoon   salt

 

 

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a food processor and combine until a smooth ricotta texture.
