- Bhel Puri Mix
- Bhel Chutney
- 1 chopped cucumber
- 1 chopped tomatoes
- 1 chopped onions
- 1 chopped green chille
- 1 shredded carrot
- 1 chopped raw mango (optional)
- pomegranate seeds (optional)
- Sev (stir fried chick pea noodles)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except for the Bhel Chutney
Add 1/2 to 2 tablespoons of bhel Chutney to the Behl Mix. Mix well.
Add Salt to Taste
Place in Serving Plates
Top with stir fried chick pea noodles
