Ingredients
- 16 fresh brussels sprouts
- 2 potatoes
- 1/3 cups red onions
- small box raisins
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 pinch oregano
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
Step 1: slice potatoes (thin to medium slices)
Step 2: Sautée potato slices in olive oil until tender
Step 3: Season potatoes to taste
Step 4: Slice or chop brussel sprouts
Step 5: Remove potatoes from skillet and
Step 6: Place chopped or sliced brussel sprouts in the skillet and sautée with minced garlic for 5 to 7 minutes
Step 7: Add raisins
Step 8: Mix brussel sprouts with raisins and potatoes
