Description
Oatmeal is Heart-Smart! This DIY Granola helps lower cholesterol levels, maintain healthy blood sugar, blood pressure and high in fiber! Make these granola recipes your own by adding your favorite ingredients.

- 3 cups oatmeal
- 1/8 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp flax seed
- 1/4 Tbsp raisins
- 1/8 Cup dried cranberries
- 1/8 Cup dried banana chips
- 1/8 Cup dried apple chips
- 1/8 Cup dried mango
- 1/8 Cup dried pineapple
- 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1/8 Cup Chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp Coconut flakes
- 1/8 Cup walnuts
- 1/8 Cup raw cacao
- 1 Tbsp Almonds

Instructions
Preheat oven 325F
Mix oatmeal, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.
Mix maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Then, pour over oatmeal mixture and stir so all oatmeal is coated.
Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 7 minutes.
Stir oatmeal and bake for an additional 9 minutes. Keep an eye on the mixture to make sure it doesn't burn.
Remove from baking sheet and let cool.
Stir in your super food add-ins!
Store in an air-tight storage container.
