This recipe is a healthy version of a yummy comfort food. Pesto is delicious on its own, used as a dip, and made with pasta and chicken for dinner. In my house, it's hard to find something all six kids will like, but this is a crowd-pleaser that everyone will eat. When you mix pesto with the pasta and chicken, it will be delicious, and you're eating all of the recommended food groups in one meal!

Why is healthy cooking important to you?  Healthy cooking is important to me because everyone needs to stay healthy. When you cook with good ingredients, it is good for your body. If you eat healthy, you can live longer and be more focused. If you don't cook and eat healthy, you won't be able to stay concentrated during the day, and your body won't be good.
