Instead of buying expensive hummus from the grocery store, make your own! This delicious hummus recipe is a great way to get the kids involved in the kitchen. Serve with veggie sticks or add to your favorite wrap or sandwich!

  • 1   can   Cannellini beans   rinsed and drained
  • 1      avocado
  • 1   tbsp   McCormick Italian Grinder Seasoning
  • 1   tsp   McCormick Garlic Powder
  • 2   tbsp   olive oil   or avocado oil
  • 1   tbsp   fresh lemon juice   approx. 1/2 lemon
  • 3   tbsp   tahini
  • 1/4   tsp   salt




Place all ingredients into a food processor and mix until smooth. (Or mash with fork)

Pour into a bowl and garnish with a little dash of Italian Seasoning (use your grinder).

Let set for 15-30 minutes to allow flavors to come together.

Serve with your favorite veggies, crackers or chips. You can also add to a sandwich or wrap!

Store in the refrigerator for 4-7 days.
