  • 3   stalks   celery
  • 1   cap   portabella mushrooms
  • 5      Carrots
  • 3      green onions
  • 10   small   fingerling potatoes
  • 1   cup   white (navy) beans
  • .5   cup   red lentils
  • 8   cups   water
  • 1   tablespoon   salt
  • .5   teaspoon   pepper




Instructions -
Chop all vegetables
Add water
Boil 35-45 minutes
Stir, taste and season while it is cooking
