- 1 cap portabella mushrooms
- 5 Carrots
- 3 green onions
- 10 small fingerling potatoes
- 1 cup white (navy) beans
- .5 cup red lentils
- 8 cups water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- .5 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Instructions -
Chop all vegetables
Add water
Boil 35-45 minutes
Stir, taste and season while it is cooking
