Ingredients
- 1/3 cup cashews
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
- ½ teaspoons salt
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 bunch of kale
Instructions
Remove stems from kale. Then, wash, break into pieces and dry using a salad spinner or pat down with paper towel and place in a large bowl
Combine cashews, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, salt and cayenne pepper into a food processor
Add cashew mixture to kale and massage carefully with your hands to saturate kale until all pieces are covered with dressing
Place in a dehydrator on 115 degrees for 8-9 hours
