Description
My recipe for cheesy chips is my own. It is so simple! Once I was making cheese melt in the microwave, when it burned and turned into a crunchy snack! With the salsa, I also had my own recipe. It is so good and fresh, kids will like to eat their vegetables!

Ingredients
- 2 cans black beans
- 3 large tomatoes seeded, chopped
- 1 Tbsp salt
- .5 bunch cilantro chopped
- 1 can yellow corn drained
- 1 whole medium red onion finely chopped
- 1 whole avocado chopped
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup mozzarella part-skim, shredded

Instructions
Bean Salsa
Add chopped tomatoes and beans in a bowl.
Add corn, onion, and cilantro and toss.
Add your avocado in chunks and a little lemon juice.
At the last moment, sprinkle salt.
Carefully mix all together.
Garnish with cilantro.
Cheesy Chips
Divide shredded cheese into 4 piles onto parchment paper.
Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds.
