Looking for a delicious dessert that isn't too sweet? Our Oatmeal Apple Carrot Bread is perfect when you just need something a little sweet! This also makes a great gift for friends and family!



  • 1      large apple
  • 3/4   cup   carrots   grated
  • 3/4   cup   no-sugar added apple sauce
  • 2/3   cup   quick cook oats
  • 1   tbsp   cinnamon
  • 1/4   cup   melted coconut oil
  • 1/2   cup   sugar
  • 1/2   cup   brown sugar
  • 2      eggs
  • 1 1/2   cup   flour
  • 1   tsp   baking soda
  • 1/2   tsp   salt




Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pan with non-stick cooking oil. Core and peel apple. Then cut into very small pieces.

Add sliced apples, carrots, cinnamon and oatmeal into a large bowl.

In a medium bowl, combine melted coconut oil, sugars and 2 eggs. Using a hand mixer beat on high for 1 minute. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt.

Add egg mixture and flour mixture to oatmeal apple bowl and combine with a large spoon. Be careful not to over mix the batter. Add to pan and cook for 45-50 minutes.

Remove and let cool until you can't resist having a taste!
