Description
We're amping up that boring salad with a delicious homemade citrus dressing and fresh ingredients! This asian-style salad makes a perfect on-the-go lunch or light dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup orange juice freshly squeezed or bottled
- 1 1/4 tsp ground ginger for a more intense flavor, use fresh ginger
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
- pinch of salt
- romaine lettuce chopped
- Carrots shaved
- Edamame
- shredded red cabbage
- rice or mung bean or jelly noodles
- avocado optional
- diced chicken or tofu optional
Dressing
Salad
Instructions
Combine all dressing ingredients in a mason jar and shake well. If you don't have a mason jar, add all dressing ingredients into a medium bowl and whisk.
Place salad ingredient on a plate and pour dressing over salad. Make sure not to over dress your salad! Start small and add more if needed.
Store dressing in an air tight container for 1 week.
